In order to gain her vote in the city council, the Heirs of Blackstone retrerived several dragon skeletons for her (Ghost of Dragons Past  ). She banished the spirit of Ezrathusa from Eyrin de Calibor and bound in a bow made of silver dragon bone, thus creating the Silver Reaper
