He is a scarred and intense, pale soldier who wears a blue jacket and does a mixture of noble and officer stylings in terms of fashion and his appearance.
Batten is hated in the town of Wakefield and has put down several riots and attempted rebellions in his time there as the nobles that run the city operate uninterrupted and never criticised for their treatment of workers.
