Dullgar Deep-Diver is the owner of Deep-Dive Gloom Mines, the largest supplier of Gloom Metal in Alturis. 
A stout, heavy set and rather rough dwarf, Dullgar despises the world of business in Blackstone and openly is aggressive and detests politicians and businessmen who are of a higher class and birth than him as he sees them as individual who didn;t 'earn' their success. However, he is known to be a deeply intelligent Dwarf with a unique skill at extracting and mining gloom metal that allows him to collect vast quantities of the material. 
Persicorum met him at the ball hosted by Xan Prayerkeep in Blackstone in which he spoke to Mimsi about possibly getting her help in dealing with a collapsed mine in The Blackstone Peaks that he claimed was caused by a demonic monster. 
However, upon further speaking to him it became clear Dullgar had only real passion in Gloom Metal as he declared it 'the greatest material in Alturis' due to it possessing 'personality'. He then commented on his hatred of Persicorum whilst in conversation with Mimsi (using her Lady Green alias) which left Mimsi uncertain as to his morals and qualities.
