Peaches Pitts

Peaches Pitts was once known as Dawn Manor until it came under the ownership of Persicorum. 
Formerly owned by the Dawn family over 75 years ago, the family were cultishly committed to The Dread King and their court; to the point that much of the fame of the home is that they once hosted The Scribe of the Dread King. It has been implied the family served the dread king for generations to the point that they reference the 'first' cataclysm.
However, the family's method of proving their commitment came to a head when they trapped their servants in their rooms with bricked concrete and cement... starving and driving mad the staff. 
When Persicorum came into ownership of the home they worked to placate the servants who had become maddened ghosts that haunted the estate and, in giving these ghosts closure and a purpose once more, the Peaches Pitts has become the newest estate in the noble district of Blackstone.
