Silver Pipe Gwendolin is a member of The Talented genetics of goblins, she reached the same level of awakened testing as Mimsi did and, as a result, was integrated into society by being dropped at The Silver Pipes faction.
Gwendolin, as a Talented, is physically enhanced along with having a dependence on alcohol but uniquely her pearl ability gives her heightened empathy, allowing her to better understand and read an individual and their motives, she then uses this in enchantment magic and her performances to increase their potency.
A good looking goblin with clean features and a bewitching attractive look to her, Gwendolin works in King's Bay and had been quietly completing her own research into her origins, learning of The Hook and Knife Foundation but not acting on the information. 
As an individual, Gwendolin suffers from extreme paranoia and distrust due to her slew of poor relationships and failed friendships, as a result, she carries a simple mantra in her life 'if you are more talented than me, you can be trusted' specifically she uses music to 'test' this mantra.
