They are the denizens that live in Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa and have fully embraced its culture, complex language, and aspirations. The Laarayaso Posoilo'hanoilo-yamiolo''renza is chosen by lottery amongst the denizens of Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa every 100 years, with the only restriction is that the previous Laarayaso Posoilo'hanoilo-yamiolo''renza cannot be chosen twice in a row.
Culture
Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa does not use or allow money, nor does it allow any bartering or exchanging of goods with an explicit agreement for something in return. Instead, Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa uses a system of Gifting, where valuable or highly demanded objects or services are given to others within the sortition. This allows for the growth and co-operative building of the community and the land.

In 48,047 B.I., The Rend had started infecting aquatic animals and destroying all forms of life within the ocean's depths. The Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la had erected some form of beacon within Lyph'yersoripazoley-pa that drew the denizens of the sea towards the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa.
The events that transpire after this are not definitively known, recent research and investigations have purported the following as the most likely outcome. After the majority of them were within the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa, it is believe that Lypho'noren'paioren had been able to project some sort of barrier, or some other preventative measure, that protected the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la and the other aquatic beings. Following this, with their immunity to The Rend and protective measures for the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa, it is believed that the aquatic beings still outside of the safety zone caused an unfathomably large chain reaction that created The Lorozosomerla Trench and theoretically pushed the Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa to its bottom. It is assumed that all aquatic life that was not within the "barrier" died. After The Rend concluded, it is known that Lypho'noren'paioren survived, and over the course of the next 40,000 years or so, Rend events steadily decreased globally. The decreases trended radially outwards from the location of Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa, and is believed that the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la, and more specifically the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa and Lypho'noren'paioren were the only reasons for the decreases.

Demography and Population
Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa is comprised of the 1004 Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la who have made the pilgrimage to sortition. However, becuase of the nature of it's gift economy, requring aquisitions of highly valuable goods or extravagent acts of service, many of it's inhabitants will go to the far reaches of the planet to acquire a highly valuable item. This in turn leaves the sortition having an average of only 500 Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la individuals present at any given time. With the inability for Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la to reproduce, the growth of the sortition is based purely on if new Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la to be born and undertake the pilgrimage. While Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la may be immortal, they can still be killed.

Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa is largely centered within the depths The Lorozosomerla Trench, but the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la consider all four oceans their home.
Military
Due to Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa existing at such an extreme depth within The Lorozosomerla Trench, and the Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la's apathy towards expansion and power, there is no military or defensive bastions within Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa. However, Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la, especially after being bestowed their Irosonio'portacallo-phalyph-sor'zen, are extremely formidable and powerful.

Education
The Laarayaso Posoilo'hanoilo-yamiolo''renza's main duty is to not just preserve the sanctity of the Sha'laren'lehyren-pa, but to teach and discuss their history and their knowledge with the younger Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la and to remind and preserve the knowledge for the elders. Since Lypho'noren'paioren'a'la generally only ever arrive to Lyph'pherena-lorozosomerla-pa after living a "full-life" on land, there is no need to have schools and systems in place for children or young adults.
