Noah Foster, Human non-binary, ruled for 71 years, died at age 101.
Was known to be the Nuncio who had the most conversations with Plyy, totalling to 13; Nuncio’s will normally speak with Plyy around 3 times total.
The first non-binary Nuncio, and worked towards eliminating the gender roles of Plyy and the Ecclesia, and largely succeeding by the time of their death.
Created new laws and regulations to better protect people from discrimination and hate, most of which are still in place.
