The "Dreaded" Walkway

The Threaded Walkway, or alternatively The "Dreaded" Walkway before the discovery of Shine, is a man made bridge of land connecting Azzura and Zaun. It was constructed by the use of slaves provided by the rich from Azzura. Although they claim that it was to connect the two settlements and have a beneficial relationship, many from Zaun claim that it just for cheaper and safer insurance for steady supply of food provided from their lands. Rising tensions caused by high taxation from Azzura led to The Grain Wars where alleged Zaun rebels hindered shipments by attacking or blockading the passage.
