Emistrelas, Land of the Everlasting Flame

Emistrelas is the domain of Miran Abarukis, the Blue Flame, and like him, it is an extremely ordered plane made of endless cities of steel, constantly burning with his blue flame. The penitents here are used to fuel the fire, and anyone else visiting can stay in the heavenly suites of the skyscrapes, if they have the means to pay the Lord of the Blue Flame.
