The Beyond
The Beyond is the realm of the dead, where the souls go to rest. It is the domain of Old Man Death, an enigmatic Divine who's the only one not bound to the rule of non-direct intervention. Almost as old as his parents, born only seconds after the first life was breathed by Ovor Avantuuris, he has been silently judging the souls, bringing them either solace or regrets, with a cold and devoid impartiality.
Geography
The plane is built in a way often impossible to understand by mortals, seeming to constantly loop on itself and lead to different places when you take the same road, and the only ones able to navigate it are its guides, and the few Minor Divine or Demons that have lived there long enough.
Localized Phenomena
Soulstorms, a terrifying event that only appears when Old Man Death is occupied, leaving too many souls to agglomerate into one giant storm of regrets that could wipe entire continents. This only happened twice, and both time gave birth to unusual siblings: Marax and Dalmenaa, brother and sister, Divine and Demon.

The few amounts of unlife that have grown in the Beyond have a somewhat symbiotic relationship with the dead, feeding on their regrets and sorrows to bring them a semblance of peace.
