Shaltra O'tamaris

Legends abound about Shaltra O'tamaris, the famous Witch of the South. Raised in a traditional family of the Southern Islands, she was taught from a very early age the arts of war, Arcana, and leadership. Quickly showing herself to be an extremely talented Arcanist, she took command of the forces of the Southern Islands and met her future wife, Lissenia of Gaunt, when the latter defected from the forces of the Great Kingdom of Marbellian.
