Lekto O'tamaris

There is few people in the  Southern Islands more respected than Lekto O'tamaris. Younger brother of the Admiral Shaltra O'tamaris, he illustrated himself very quickly as a capable and charismatic leader, a talented marskman, and someone who genuinely cared about his people and his land. Seeing no problem with allying himself with whomever as long as they respect the Islands and his culture, he was the first to give a chance to Tellhidia Maran when she came out of The Chaos. Although the years and the loss of his father made him more bitter, he stays a positive influence in the Southern Islands, and tries to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, as long as they're not Marbelliese.
