Laster Garbanis receives a vision of Manaa the Dreamer and decides to convoke a Conclave of the magic schools of Amaanturis to propose an alliance.

Although the Conclave was initially a pretty hostile event, Laster Garbanis was a smooth talker and with the help of Manaa the Dreamer, he eventually started a historical tirade that was remembered by all that were there for the years following. After a few months of negotiation, eventually, all agreed and history was made when the Conclave agreed on the creation of a global organization to supervize all magic schools of Amaanturis.
