Aba

May the great bird, Aba, send kind winds my way and make my journey swift and safe. May my sails and tankard ever be full. - A Sailor’s Prayer   The great bird in the night sky, Aba is the deity of the air and sky. Many aarakocra pray to him for clear skies and good wind currents, as well as many sailors of the sea or sky. Anyone with a strong interest in the winds focuses their thoughts on Aba, even those who like to study the storms and changing weather will sometimes pray to him.   He is often depicted as a huge bird, easily as big as a roc, and some even claim him to be the size of the moons, and that the winds are caused by his his giant wings beating through the sky.
