The Ofeld Orcs take power in the Frozen Wastes

While it’s sometimes a little hard to track Orc history in the Frozen Wastes, given that the leader is often overthrown causing a whole new reign and their history is largely verbal, the current family has been fairly well-liked and in power for over two decades with no visible sights of being deposed.   Their chief, Maknak is a strong orc who favors a battleaxe. He found his way to into power by overthrowing the orc who had been in charge of the north at the time, Jetar Willowfoot. The difference being that Maknak's revolution was not found out of a desire for power, rather the desire to care for the common man of the Wastes, which was a lacking trait of the previous northern leaders. The beings have the north has since largely been content to focus on their own efforts and care little for the events of outsiders, though they do not shun or berate them.
