Leveran

Rainbringer

The falls on the just and the unjust alike. It waters the the farmer's fields and causes the floods to rise. It slakes the throats of the thirsty and drowns the desperate without mercy.   So the people of the Four Kingdoms ask Leveran, child of the raging seas and the storming skies, to bring them life and spare them from death. Rain, fog, snow and hail are the dominion of Leveran. Life and death are equal parts of the Rainbringer. Their wrath and their joy are equally powerful. It is difficult for mortals to remain in Leveran's focus for long, and those who do are equally likely to prosper or be washed away.   As tempestuous as the child of Vindur and Li-Ban is, the death of Erecura galvanized the mercurial titan. With a furious new purpose, Leveran opened the vaults of the clouds over the armies of the Infernals. The rain rushed down the sides of the mountains, raged through the gullies and ravines, and swelled the rivers until they consumed the fiends themselves.   Now, though Leveran's whims still change as swiftly as the weather, and though the rain still falls on the just and the unjust alike, the people of Masru live under the protection of the Rainbringer.
