Hitoka Base is the main shipyard and maintenance facility of the
Hhrot Dominion. Like other major orbital facilities, it was once a chunk of the
Embassy Ark which was placed into orbit early on in the colonization of the
Elpis System.
Today, it serves as a reliable space station and colonization hub for what little trade trickles from Embassy. Overlord
Kyreen maintains control of the outer parts of the station. However, in the depths of the Ark is a secondary network of rooms and corridors forming the
Underbelly which opens onto the station's ore refining facilities. There,
Boshaari and
Zaalan mingle, plot and conspire.
Shooting at the ruined outer ring of the station has become somewhat of a tradition for new Hhrot captains.
