Karuuk is a Hhrot engineer of the 2nd Legion - the one tasked with the building of infrastructure and great works of art. He is a talented architect, devoted to the cause of the Hhrot Dominion, and he has designed several key landmarks of Hhrot warcities, such as the Blood Angel, a rusted metal sculpture that overlooks a major gravcar lane. Karuuk is also the person that discovered the Proving - almost accidentally. With the approval of his superiors, he turned the empty space station into a glorious bloodsport arena. He designed much of the space station's outer redesign, a tangled mess of steel and iron to the glory of the Dominion, topped by a Hhrot statue holding a torch burning a continual holoflame.
