Matriarch Lynne was the first true leader of the Mewei Domain following the Great Jump and an early Mewei explorer during the very first cycles of Nufano's development. She is a key figure in Mewei history, and her accomplishments are taught to all Mewei children to this day. Such feats include leading the first expedition away from the initial landing site and through the untamed jungles of Nufano in the 6th Cycle, which discovered the Warrenvale, which would become the new heart of the entire Mewei people.
Matriarch Lynne is given the honorary title First Hierarch as she effectively led the Mewei Domain and had a voice in many of its current systems of governance, even though she never used the term herself. Her avoidant attitude towards xeno-technology also set an example on how to safely construct communities, though she was also notably less isolationlist than many of her peers.
Following her charting of the Warrenvale, along the River Hazel, Matriarch Lynne settled down and founded the grove-city of Okladan. Matriarch Lynne had several pupils who went on to become accomplished Matriarchs of their own. Amongst that number was Matriarch Vanna, who led several more expeditions along several great rivers as the Warrenvale grew into a metropolis.
Matriarch Lynne died of natural causes on the second day of the 99th Cycle. Every year, on the anniversary of her death, many communities hold a remenberance festival in honour of the first great explorer of their new homeworld.
