Vulas Lufina is a Boshaari politician and, as of the 151st Cycle, the Praetor of the Boshaari Council. He was a member of the Chantry.
Unlike the Great Houses new and old which seek to control the Council directly, Lufina believes in eventual direct democracy for the Boshaari people and pursues a policy of cooperation with all other major powers. Lufina himself does not have the backing of an Oligarchy of his own (even if several approve of his goals, or tolerate them so long he does not get in their way) and maintains his platform through a combination of diplomacy and demagogy, especially towards the bottom of Boshaari society.
As of the 151st Cycle, he holds the office of the Praetor of Elderia, which makes him the effective leader of the Boshaari people - beloved by many for his deeds as Godhunter. However, he must share some of his executive power with Esta Erronis, the religious leader of the Chantry.
