In the year 999, the Arch-Hieran of the Church of Anandaat is Jaccoria Cordalei, an Aasimar who really makes a big deal out of the whole ooh-I-have-wings, I-bring-the-light thing. She is known to be elderly, and also known to have been passed over for the Arch-Hieran position on a couple different Arch-Hieran elections, having the reputation of a sort of non-entity among religious circles. She does not have a particularly zealous reputation among religious circles.
