Rusana

Distant and cold, Rusana is a large, mountainous island half-taken by Neptea. It is also underpopulated, leaving it vulnerable to orc and goblin raids from the tribes along the islands at the coast and significant orc and goblin populations in the south that still do not accept Imperial rule. 
Rusana is the home to the odd Ghostwise halflings, as well as rumors of strange vampires and werewolves, as well as other oddball races that choose not to find a home on the mainland.
