History

The Empire was founded by three gods: Ananda, Morbin, and Bella. Myth tells that the three of them sought to create a space for mortals safe from the relentless scheming of the gods and monsters of the land. They sought to eliminate mythical heroes and quests, and instead develop a stable society.
In some aspects, they've succeeded, where historically there was a great more tumult (see History of the Continent). The Empire has stood for almost a millennia. However, its control over its satellite states has been fraying for quite some time now. In modern times, the Empire is more of a symbolic loyalty than a true one.
