Valery's Balcony

Valery Calliou makes his home in The Mind Palace on a balcony. Beneath the balcony, a river runs: far off to the right, a half-dozen little streams collect from the sky and the stars in the impossible distance and flow into one, and to the left, they collect into a waterfall, cascading off the cliff face of Mount Rocani. 
A tree has grown over the balcony, adhering and fixing its branches to the cracks between the rock candy bricks in the fortress. It casts its shade over a little hammock that swings in the breeze.
Beyond the balcony, an empty room awaits, where the walls have slowly started to turn translucent, letting in the sunlight, turning themselves into a greenhouse, as though to invite the touch of a druid. The walls aren't sure if he'll notice. He seems pretty keen on the outdoors.
