Davrian Onesa, Vizier of Shan

For the past two centuries, the kings and queens of Shan have withdrawn, living lives of luxury, contemplation, and decadence. The royalty see actual governing as beneath them, leaving the running of the kingdom in the hands of their Vizier. The Viziers of Shan are now kings in everything but name, keeping the puppet royalty amused and occasionally bringing them out in well-controlled public settings. The current ruler of Shan is Vizier Davrian Onesa, a 47-year old bugbear wizard. The current figurehead royal is the 168-year old half elven Queen Indrassa XIV.
