Origin
The capital of Jomru - the port city of Cinr - was one of the earliest of the
caisheni settlements along the
Indras coast.
In the early centuries, Jomru was a cultural and military rival to it's northern neighbor the
Kingdom of Vishayn. Vishayn is the home of both the legendary hero-twins
Nimrys and Nimros and the first
caisheni settlement at
Indrasen.
The last war, the War of Wild Orchids, saw the Jomruans expand into Vishaynian territory, capturing what would become the
Republic of Huroa and parts of the
Principality of Ohma. In the decades following, the borders held and have to this day. In time, peace and trade flourished and Jomru would become a powerful ally of
Vishayn and the other
Nymeran kingdoms.
The royalty of Jomru were early and vocal supporters of efforts to form a pan-
Nymeran alliance. In 2176 B.C., Jomru joined with the other seven coastal kingdoms to form the
High Kingdom of Nymera.
