Font of Knowledge

The Font of Knowledge is a large tower located behind the Mordai Academy that doubles as a temple to Oghma and as a large library that is often used by professors and students of the Academy alike.
The tower is made of brass and consists of multiple large spheres that are connected by cilindrical shafts. The top sphere is larger than all the other spheres below it. One large staircase runs through the middle of the tower, with one entrance to each sphere, which contain one or multiple chambers or rooms.
At the bottom, the tower seems to be lifted by 3 stone arches, but in actuality , the tower is magically supported by a large purple gem at the bottom of its first sphere, which makes a droning sound. The 3 arches instead serve as an entrance to the tower, as the staircase doesn't contintue all the way to the floor of the square.
