Makai Ruins
On the western part of the island of Makai there is a jungle. These ruins are located inside this jungle. The ruins consist of a circular stone platorm (about 40 feet in diameter) surrounded by large, polished stones that are rounded on the top. Some of these stones are still upright, some are a bit slanted, and some have completely fallen down. The whole ruin is overgrown with vines and other plantlife.
The insides of the ruin consist of a stone circular chamber (about 40 feet in diameter and 8 feet high). On the middle of the walls is a strip with carvings. The carvings are of humanoid creatures with animal heads (panthers, lions, elephants, apes, parrots, ...), all in a row behind each other, facing one side of the room. On the side of the room to which the carvings are faced, there is a small, semi-circular inlet with a pedestal and a bowl carved out of the stone. In the bowl lie 5 platinum pieces and a tiger eye (an orange gemstone with a black core).
