Magic is a natural force in Andraous. It is produced at the heart of the world, but it is not infinite. If more magic is used than produced it can take a long time before the magic returns to its previous abundance. As a result the magic levels are still recovering from when the 'Ancient Ones' ruled the land.
In its natural state magic can be very reactive, especially with very strong emotions. As a result highly emotional events such as war can result in a magical event. These magical events are chaotic and wild. Sentient folk however, are capable of using magic to their benefit. How they use the magic depends on their culture, the individual, regional area, and the natural magic levels.

Manifestation

Examples of how magic can be used; Create fire, accelerate healing, mutate individuals, combine individuals, move objects without touching, creating Golems/Homunculus, portals, etc.
