Bayspring
The small hamlet of Bayspring, situated on the southern coast of Sanctuary Bay, is a simple religious settlement. Allowed to operate within the Kingdom of Acarius unrestricted, the citizens that call Bayspring home are all devout members of a Cult of Finality .
Bayspring isn't much for trading with the other settlements in Acarius, but will do so if they require something. They do continue to pay tax and reliably export fish and lumber as per their government contracts, but only enough to ensure that they are left alone to their own devices.

Demographics
Bayspring is lucky to play host to a multi-cultural flock, with the demographic relatively evenly split between Dwarves, Elves, Humans, Halflings, Gnomes, Half-Elves, and everything between. Oddly enough, Bayside is even open to a few of the races often stigmatized by the rest of the world.
Government
Led wholly by the Governor, Pastor Vikkar Del'Thame , Bayside's entire decision-making process ends with his say. The Pastor has always done what he believes is best for his people, and as such there has been no real push to remove him.
Guilds and Factions
The sole faction located in Bayside is Kisteros' Legion , which makes up every single member of the hamlet's population.
