Kobold

"Kobolds are craven reptilian humanoids that worship evil dragons as demigods and serve them as minions and toadies. Kobolds inhabit dragons’ lairs when they can but more commonly infest dungeons, gathering treasures and trinkets to add to their own tiny hoards."
Though the majority of Kobolds in Aneirys are feral, the current leader of the Kingdom of Acarius' Cartographer's Guild is a well-mannered Kobold. Many speculate that a Kobold's violent and territorial nature is something that is nurtured by the pack mentality experienced in the wild, and that if the species were somehow integrated more prominently into the "Civilized" world, they would find a welcoming home and lengthened lifespan.
Currently, no known vaults have contained Kobolds.

Where can I find the race?
Kobolds as player characters were first introduced in Volo's Guide to Monsters
