Ranging from fighters to messengers, Adventurers travel the known and unknown world. Professional Adventurers are members of the Adventurer's Guild.
Career
Qualifications
While there are no specific requirements to be and adventurer, almost all are physically fit. To be a professional Adventurer, you must be a member of the Adventurer's Guild.
Payment & Reimbursement
The 2 main methods that Adventurers get paid are a flat fee, often part up front and part on completion, or some portion of the loot or valuables found/recovered.
Other Benefits
The Adventurer's Guild provides a form of health insurance for it's members, and sometimes provided compensation for lost or disabled Adventurers.

Social Status
While not treated as royalty by people with power, many of the lower class think of them as heroes.
