Adventurer's Guild
The Adventurer's Guild helps adventurer's find work, and connects them with appropriate jobs. The Guild also verifies to others the quality of adventurer, and their trustworthiness. In addition, the guild helps adventures improve the skills, and get equipment. While the guild does offer some help to non-members, most of the services are only available to members.

Quests
The Guild will post quest for any individual, although individuals not on good terms with the guild have to put part of the reward ahead of time with the guild. Individuals with better standing with the guild can post a quest without putting any up ahead of time. The guild does take a fee from the poster on completion of the quest. For Adventurers who are a member of the guild, they get a sort of "quest insurance", where the guild will provide the reward after several days if the quest poster did not provide it. Non members completing a quest posted with the guild can get part of the reward, but there is not guarantee of how much of it they will get, or how long it will take.Equipment and Lodging
Members of the guild have access to the guilds equipment stores, witch sell adventuring equipment at lower costs than most places. In addition, members can get lodging at guild affiliated inns for discounted rates when on a guild quest. Even non members may be able to get discounted lodging if the quest was posted by a guild member. In addition, non-members on quests from the guild can use the guild stores, although they pay fair market price, rather than the normal discounted rates. Guild equipment stores often also contain items not normally found elsewhere, such as maps, adventuring kits, and other similar adventuring specific equipment. The Adventuring Guild has affiliation with hundreds of inns, hostels, and other places of lodging across Anglence, The guild provides the logging places with regular funding and discounted quest posing in exchange for discounted rates for their members.Structure
The guild is headed by a Guildmaster, and a council. The council has the power to elect a new Guildmaster, and also to remove the current one for any reason. Each major branch office has a Captain and Lieutenant, and each minor branch has a Lieutenant.
Public Agenda
The primary goal of the Adventuere's Guild is to provied and certify, trustworthy adventuers of good quality for any quest. To this end they train their members and regularly test them to ensure their quality.
Assets
The guild operates a large number of fortified buildings in major cities all across the kingdom. The also have large stockpiles of weapons, armor, and related gear for guild members.
History
Originally formed to registrar and track trustworthy adventurers of quality, the guild has expanded over the years to provide training and gear. In around 200 BCE, the guild started acting as a router for quest to its members.
