House of the Gentle Thickness

Located in Everkeep Harbor to the south west of the Evertree.
Once home to a master artificer, the house lay under a strange curse of enchantments for a number of years due to a runaway spell by the former owner. After a series of mishaps with those who went to investigate the strange effects and the missing artificer, the local mage locked the manor away to protect those who might try to enter.
The locking spell served to protect and preserve the manor for several years before the arrival of a small group of adventurers. After a few days of investigation the group was able to clear out the curse on the property and remove the source of the strange enchantments, a Wand of Wonder.
Due to the manor's former owner being deceased and as a reward for clearing the manor of its strange curse the adventurers have now taken up residence in the manor.
