Half-Elf
A species native to Tirer alongside the other humanoid races and Vesk, Half-Elves have existed for as long as Elves and Humans have interacted.
The term Half-Elf is somewhat of a misnomer, as today a large percentage of humans carry a small fraction of Elven DNA and the same goes for the other way around. A person identifying as a 'Half-Elf' may actually be three-quarters elf, one-eighth elf, and so forth.
Half-Elves represent a mix of the two species traits in a wide array of aspects, ranging from their physical stature and shape of their ears, to their longevity and mental acuity. To be a Half-Elf, is to be a child of two races who over time have come together more and more.

Genetics and Reproduction
Half-Elves reproduce heterosexually via male and female members of the species. Not quite as fragile as their full-elven brothers, this means half-elven mothers usually have less complications when birthing twins or triplets and actually see a faster recovery time from pregnancy than either humans or elves.
Growth Rate & Stages
Though hard to quanitfy given the large variation in actual Elven blood, half-elves generally live closer to the human end of the spectrum in terms of longevity.
Half-elves are children up until the age of adolescence, ~12 for women and ~13 for men, where they mature at a faster rate and are capable of reproduction. At 18 years a half-elf is often considered an adult, in fact the legal age of adulthood here in Yarmoria is considered 18 for half-elves, but mental development continues until the late 20's. A point of contention in societies with half-elves is what the legal age of adulthood should be, and how to classify a half-elf into these age categories. In the Aeon Federation for example, legal adulthood for humans is 20, and 22 for half-elves.
Regardless, half-elves will remain in their prime for some time, until reaching their mid forties where age will slowly begin to show. By the time they reach 125 they are considered elderly, and on average un-enhanced half-elves will live to about 156 years of age, placing them roughly on the same footing as Kenjodan and Halflings in terms of longevity.

Perception and Sensory Capabilities
Similar to humans in most capabilities, Half-Elves often see a heightened sense of sight and hearing, with natural half-elven eyesight more rarely needing correction until later in life. A strange data point that still lacks explanation is a half-elf's higher tendency to show empathy. As this is hard to scientifically measure, speculation is still abound if this is an evolutionary advancement or simply adaptations from the environment leading to this higher empethetic capacity.
