Maj. General Leetarmi
Fi’Nyma Leetarmi was a figure long feared by the denizens of the Republic of Fevaria and was unparalleled in his reputation of cruelty. Leetarmi was a Tertiary Keerim with feathers a shade of dark, dull red and a black beak and talons. Members of his command remember him as being cold, calculating, impatient, insane, and incredibly sadistic.
Leetarmi made his first appearance to the outside galaxy during the T'Kiri-Tuvak War, during which he led several devestating and lightning-fast assaults on civilian stations and settlements. During this war, he took the time to conduct personal experiments on catured Saathids- torturing, maiming, mutilating- in order to record what sources of pain they reacted to the most, and a heap of biological data that would have been impossible to gather in any ethical sense anywhere else in the galaxy.
His most horrendous affront to the Tuvak Dominion was after the war, when Leetarmi had several thousand Saathid prisoners executed and butchered for meat. Said meat was then cooked in a variety of ways and served to the prisoners in Keevrik Exemplar Camp, many of which were Saathid or Kenjodan. He then published his memoir for the war: 'A Keerim's guide to Saathid Cuisine,' detailing over 200 ways to butcher and cook Saathid; Even by Keerim standards, this was on the fringes of what constituted being acceptable.
Leetarmi's actions in the Third T'Kiri-Fevarian War somehow fell even beneath what he had done during the war with the Tuvak Dominion. Such abject cruelty and intentional suffering was caused on innocent Kenjodan that words fail to bring his crimes to justice. Leetarmi henceforth became the face of the T'Kiri Imperium's elite assault forces, striking fear into any and all resistance that encountered him.
Some time after reaching the rank of Major General, Leetarmi led some of the first ground engagements on Kuatio during the Fourth T'Kiri-Fevarian War, before finally meeting his end at the hands of the Fevarian Thrasher Squad 7 during the 3rd Battle of the Kuatio System.
