Tulad Oshoa
A slightly more heavy-set older Kenjodan with a solid coat of light brown fur. Tulad Oshoa was the father of Agent Kenne Mithy and Keaton Oshoa and worked originally at a dead-end office job in Kaleb City on Kuatio.
Tulad was born on Fevaria station and moved to Kuatio in his teenage years, where he met Kess Oshoa (then named Kess Renneda). Tulad and Kess were friends for several years before eventually developing a romantic relationship and getting married in 104 GE.
It was after his marriage to Kess that they both discovered she was unable to have children, and Tulad dropped out of university to find a dead-end yet decently paying job so that he could pay for Kess's surgery to be able to have children. In 107 GE, Tulad had saved up enough money and Kess recieved a succesful operation, leading to them having their first child Keaton later that same year. Two years later in 109, they had Kenne.
In 117 GE, tragedy struck as Kess was killed during a T'Kiri air raid during the Third T'Kiri-Fevarian War. Tulad was so distraught and stricken with grief that he began dissociating entirely, and eventually abandoned Kenne and Keaton as he moved back to Fevaria Station. Tulad spent several years in and out of therapist offices and other low-paying jobs, struggling with severe depression and becoming a shell of his former self. Starting in 128 GE, he developed an addition to drugs which ultimately left him destitute in the lower levels of the station.
It was in 142 GE that Tulad Oshoa was hospitalized for a near-overdose and was taken into the care of Mera Malfoon and her family, where she convinced him to try to reconnect with his children. Struck with a new sense of inspiration, he found transport to Kuatio.
Though Kenne was willing to make amends with her father, Keaton completely cut off contact to both Tulad and Kenne, saying that Tulad had no right to call himself their father. Kenne spent time with her father and helped him to recover from his addiction, and he proved to be a sweet man if not for his deep-set trauma.
In 152 GE, during the Fourth T'Kiri-Fevarian War, Tulad was preparing to evacuate him and Kenne's apartment when the building was struck by a T'Kiri plasma airstrike, causing him severe injuries that would ultimately prove to be fatal. Tulad Oshoa passed away with Kenne by his side.
