Wyrgan King Arraman and his goblinoid army lay siege to Fort Mothar.

Emerging from the Burren, King Arraman's army lays waste to the towns of Bulgan and Sainshaw, then surrounds Kemmer's Stand and Fort Mothar. Waystations 141 and 149 are devastated. The siege lasts for almost three years but eventually smuggled food from the Cerulean and frequent night raids by guerillas from Fort Mothar help turn the tide. The goblinoids retreat to the Burren, their forces cut by half.   Waystation 149 remains abandoned, while forces from Kemmer's Stand maintain a militant force at Waystation 141.
