Pictholm
One of the kingdoms to emerge after the destruction of the Teuton Empire. Pictholm occupies the northwest of the old Teuton Empire. The people of Picthome tend to be rugged and hearty.
After the fall of the Empire, the people in what became Pictholm lived in small tribes and settlements. Eventually, due to incursions from Garul and Jorvic, the tribes banded together to form a Confederation of tribes. They are ruled by a council of chieftains who all despise the idea of ever being ruled by a monarch again.
