Zarka, Dragon King of Cambia is a dwarf and the current ruling king in Cambia.
History:
Zarka upon ascending the throne of Cambia was thrown into a time of conflict. The ever expanding military of Parawell led be Red Emperor Laska of house Castagar has been a major adversary, and the more recent instability within Cambia due to border conflicts between the province Bagrim and it's baron Eldin Bask and it's neighboring provinces caused internal strife.
Though not officially confirmed, it is suspected that Zarka has increased working with The Cartographers in order to maintain political and economical control.
