Captain (a.k.a. The Hammerhead)

The Captain of The Stormwinds pirates, Allegro Vampa is a scoundrel and a thief, but he is not a liar. He is a gregarious, enthusiastic man who can be as kind as he is cruel. His goal is to legitimize his brethren and take them out of the criminal underworld and into the light. But until then, he has taken on the moniker 'Hammerhead' to strike fear into the other gangs of Riocruce.
Allegro built contacts within most of the major noble houses in the city and through those contacts, started Vampa Shipping and Trade, a small-time trading business drowned by debt. Because of this, he agreed to help The Xavast Crusade  bring in one final illegal shipment to port, in hopes of receiving enough of a windfall to sustain his operations. He was days away from achieving his dream.
However, when Allegro learned about the Xavast's plan to infiltrate and invade Riocruce - and his own hand in helping this plan succeed - he agreed to assist with the evacuation of the city. He arranged for his entire pirate fleet to house civilians while Jessamine, Helmut and their team attempted to stop the Xavast's attack. For this heroism, the city agreed to pay Allegro's debts. 
His whereabouts are unknown since Giancalo Salemanco's forces invaded Riocruce, but it is believed that he may have retreated to Pennystone.
