Alonzo Erzance

Alonzo Erzance is a lead detective for The Riverwatch and one of Riocruce's most renowned investigators. He is a dogged and determined man who is not above immersing himself in the city's criminal element to find his quarries. Erzance was responsible for the wide-ranging probe into The Stormwinds and his work on that case led directly to the arrest of "The Mako", their captain.
His most recent case involved corruption in the upper echelon's of Riocruce society. Alonzo believed that a group of nobles was working with underworld groups like The Xavast Crusade to undermine the Aracian crown. In particular, he focused on Omero Vardales, a desperate merchant looking to expand his business by any means necessary.
While scoping out Omero's manor house, Alonzo was attacked by an unknown perpetrator and left for dead. As he lay dying, his essence transferred into the magical ring that had been passed down through his family. He now exists within that ring, which is now in the possession of Jessamine Sanguargenta.
