Aeonian

Aeonians are a race similar to humans or elves. They come from a planet on the edge of known space, so far that not even the Atlantean have met them. They are a highly evolved race, those that didn't ascend still live on Aeon, although most of the population left. There are a few colonies on local planets and in nearby star systems.

The last few generations before their ascension, they became vegetarians by choice. Some of their scientists created a replicator that alters any organic matter into the food of your choice.

Social Structure

A matriarchal society, but with a council of mixed people, sexes, and jobs. All are equal in the sight of the Mother (goddess), their is no caste system, they have a meritocracy, no one goes hungry or without shelter, everyone has a job. They have a true communal society. They are not true pacifists, will only harm another in self-defense if their life is threatened. Although athletic competitions are enjoyed, all are taught a form similar to kung-fu or another form, as well as tai-chi and meditation.

Are devout and religious people that espouse charity, honor, loyalty, bravery, piety, civility, respect, obligation, strength, and peacefulness. Aeonians are respectful and humble almost to a fault. Most are lawful, so society has no need for strict laws. Members of this society are expected to act with honor and integrity and to act in the best outcome for the people around them. Dishonorable behavior is dealt with by their peers or their family.

Not everyone follows all of them, but most at least try. Patrons of all types of art (music, singing, painting, building, technology, etc). They prefer flowing clothes of bright colors, often of simple designs, and enjoy using silver jewelry with various colored stones.

They transmuted this success to craftsmen and an industrial revolution (this took longer than usual because of their strict standards on pollution). Before their ascension, they had achieved the spacefaring age.
