Belt Mountains

A range of mountains that reach east to west across the Ebronian Isles in Ebrion.
During Ebrion's unsettled history and civil wars, it was an important boundary, and as such there are many now abandoned fortifications. 
It can get very cold, particularly in winter. This was exacerbated by the presence of a White Dragon, Förbittring. They were recently slain by the Thanes of Order.
The easiest route through the mountains is the Buckle Pass an this forms the main over-land trade route between Kelador and Dolon. Other travel mostly avoids them by sea.
