The Guild Lusus

Every city has a seedy underbelly, and Barada is no different.
While the official rule and administration of Barada falls to the Councils of 3 Disciplines and 10 Guilds, the criminals of Alagria's capital have formed their own organisation, the so called "eleventh Guild" of Barada.
By design, not much is known to outsiders about the workings of this shadowy group. However, the following facts are known to the authorities of Alagria:

• The group goes by the name "the Guild Lusus"
• Their symbol is a black flag bearing a bloodied hand print, a reference to the punishment for thieves in ancient Akhret
• The deity they are commonly associated with is Degdia, due to her love of tricksters
• They most commonly operate out of the Enterainment District
• Like their neighbours in the Entertainment District, members of the Guild Lusus have taken to giving themselves unofficial titles
