Otax the Blue (Wizard 20/Archmage 4)
Otax the Blue, sometimes called "Old Man Shadowdale" or "the Blue Sage", was one of the most famous and powerful wizards on all Aralla. He was considered Ekrune's most knowledgeable sage, whose name is known from Illuskar to Scardale. A famous adventurer since his teenage years, Otax is most well known for his book series "The Aralla Gazette", which describes in great detail all of the amazing and exotic places he has visited. Depending on the circumstances, Otax could be as equally serious, fearsome, or arrogant, while just as often demonstrating exceptional charm, cleverness, and good-natured humor. Otax extolled the virtues of tolerance, peace, and freedom from oppression. He truly cherished the wonder and beauty of the natural world.
