Kargus Quellin

A white Half-Dragon who was nearly blinded. This cost however granted him power. This didn't matter to Kargus however, as he was cursed and the gods were to blame. His journeys led him to the goblin Splorg Doomfire XIII, who joined forces with him to scam people out of their money by having Splorg Doomfire XIII injure them and then Kargus would come by and heal them for money. Eventually, he ended up in Lumera where their antics caught the attention of @faceShe gave them the choice to join her or die. Seeing the obviously correct answer they joined her. When The Wyrd Riders came to Lumera attempting to create an agreement between The Facless and the Fools Gold Brigade, she made the The Wyrd Riders accept both Kargus and Splorg Doomfire XIII to be among their ranks.
Eventually Kargus learned of The Boogieman. Taking an interest in this Fey creature, he did research to reach out to it. The Boogieman offered Kargus a chance to join him provided he passes his test, which was not stated.
Somehow Kargus passed the test sometime while they were aboard The Pathfinder. Kargus, and The Boogieman left to achieve their own goals.
