Kingdom of Khortekh
Structure
Khortekh is ruled by the ways of their people that started the great journey. Everyone has a Rule within Societal base on their Job, Every if one parent are of higher or Lower Ranks there is only the Rank of their Job.
Societal Ranks
- The Pharaoh - The Divinely Chosen emissary of the stars, who speaks for and interprets its will.
- Vizier - The right hands of the Pharaoh, who handle most of the day-to-day operations of the Kingdom and are in charge of carrying out the commands of the Pharaoh and implementing them. There is one vizier for each of the departments of Khortekh society.
- Priesthood - The caretakers of the great temples and pyramids, and are the only ones who are allowed to enter the Great Pyramids if it is not their chosen time to do so.
- Bureaucrat - Subordinates to the Viziers, the Bureaucrats are those who run the Khortekh Kingdom - governors of towns, rulers of certain villages, etc.
- Military - Those who defend the country and serve in the armies of Khortekh.
- Secret Police - Those who work in secret to defend Khortekh from internal threats.
- Skilled Labor - Those who ply a trade, but more specifically Merchants and Craftsmen.
- Healer - Doctors and those who work with or make medicine hold this rank, though it is functionally equal to the 'Skilled Labor' rank in terms of societal standing.
- Commoner - The rank and file members of the Kingdom, and the most numerous societal rank.
Culture
The people of Khortekh are ones of order, piety, Better others, and self-value.
- Everyone within Khortekh is born, bred, and trained from the position there take within their Society. There do not question anything to do with this, for their reason too.
- There see their ways of following the Stars and keeping the knowledge of the Stars as to themselves and only letting out some of the knowledge as the world is right for it.
- By having their Speakers go out and help the one there see as the best there are following the Will of the Stars, within the world.
- There see themselves as the best at what there do for a living, and see others as there better within their craft.
Demography and Population
Khortekh population is made up of only Jackalfolk and there are no others that call it home.
Military
Khortekh's Army is one of magic chariots and wands for all of their fighters.
Religion
They are the people from the stars and beyond there following the out there way to better the world itself and the people in it.
Foreign Relations
The Kingdom of Khortekh have little to do with Outsiders and do not like Outsiders being within their lands. They do not have a need to trade with others due to their weird magic helping to give them all they need. They do send out their Speakers in order to help the ones within power. They are looking to better the World by helping the best in their eyes.
Agriculture & Industry
They get all that they need from the Grand River they are on.
Trade & Transport
There use the Grand River to get about the Kingdom and have a set of stops along the way for those who need them. They have no trade for all things are owned by all of the people and they have no need for giving things to each other for other things.
Education
Unknown to all but themselves.
