Geography
The Golden Sea is a massive ocean with very few islands - with a temperate and pleasant climate it is one of the world's greatest breadbaskets, but as only a few islands can be found here few races live here aside from those who can survive underwater.
Ecosystem
With a temperate, oceanic environment, The Golden Sea has a thriving Ecosystem both above and below the waves - great biodiversity can especially be found beneath its waters, and on the islands dotted around it. It is not a place of extremes - instead life here is moderate, with a healthy mix of birds, fish, and other animals - though monsters and beasts can be found here, especially aquatic ones which sometimes enjoy preying on traveling ships and the like.
Localized Phenomena
Monsoons and Hurricanes are not uncommon in the Golden Sea, and both are a difficult but expected part of life there.
