They will have a small holding on a section of Arbor. This could be control of a single branch, a resource or manufacturing process. More than likely a Company Minora will answer to one or even more of the Company Majora either overtly or covertly this comes into play in cases where a company does not want their more clandestine activities tarnishing the reputation of the noble or other benefactor that leads the larger Company.
